More about what we offer

In 2016 The Royal Humane Society selected Church House Investment Management to look after our investments. Ever since those early days our trust in Church House has steadily grown, along with our assets, and I am delighted to say that the relationship between us is excellent. We feel both very safe and very well advised. I should also add that the personal service Church House offers is exceptional – they are proactive, refreshingly approachable, and very patient!

Andrew Chapman

Secretary of the Royal Humane Society

“Church House Investments have been amazingly supportive of our charity Style for Soldiers for a number of years, and have been invaluable in terms of investing and managing our charity funds.  In this current climate of increased charity commission scrutiny, Church House have also made a significant contribution to our positive audit trail and good governance processes. The board of Style for Soldiers can sleep well knowing that the charity’s funds are professionally managed and in the best possible hands.

Style for Soldiers’ investment decisions make a material difference to the lives of our most seriously injured former service personal and we are enormously grateful for the on-going professional support of Church House because the board knows that the advice we are being given is first class. Church House Investments is now a key part of our Style for Soldiers team ”

We at Dorset Community Foundation have been impressed with and extremely appreciative of Church House Investments professionalism and their enthusiasm for what we do. We have enjoyed their support at joint seminars and events and we are very much looking forward to continuing this collaboration in the coming months and years.

Independent recognition

Celebrating best practice in the Charity sector

In the 2020 annual Charity Times Awards, Church House were shortlisted in the category 'Boutique Investment Management', which recognises excellence in the professional services offered to charities. Candidates had to demonstrate a real understanding of the investment needs of charities, with which they work.

We were delighted to be recognised in this way and it inspires us to continue to meet the needs of charitable investors seeking an independent and personalised service.

Investment flexibility

Professional investment can be challenging. Church House is able to meet specific needs, such as liability matching, and when things change we have the flexibility to respond.

Church House combines experience in multi-asset investing with specialist in-house fixed interest capabilities to produce a series of risk-targeted portfolio solutions to meet a range of objectives.

We only recommend our own investment solutions and if applicable, investment accounts from a small range of providers. Click here to learn more.

Managed Portfolio Indices

Church House supports the STEP service MPI to improve transparency and engagement

A trustee's job is not an easy one, so we were keen to help by participating in the Managed Portfolio Indices service. At Church House, we understand that selecting an investment manager is a complex and important task, so we are delighted this free to use service is in place to help streamline the process. Finally, it is also an excellent resource for valuable investment insight, and it is great to be a trusted contributor.
