Andrew has been a main board Director of Church House since 2005 and became a Non-Executive Director of Church House Investment Management following the sale management buyout in 2010.

Andrew began his career at Hambros Bank in 1975 and has spent the last 19 years in the fund management industry. He was Chief Executive of Hambros Fund Management from 1993 to 1997. After Hambros' successor fund management interests were acquired by Investec, he joined Berkshire Capital Securities, an investment bank advising investment management companies on corporate matters and currently works as a senior adviser and on private equity investment with Guinness Asset Management.

Andrew is Chairman of Parmenion Capital Partners LLP, North Investment Partners and of Atlantis Japan Growth, M&G High Income and TR European Growth investment trusts.

Married with 3 children, Andrew is a past Prime Warden of the Fishmongers' Company, was High Sheriff of Greater London (2005-2006) and is currently Chairman of the Governors of Gresham's School, Holt in Norfolk. Other keen interests include cricket and golf.

Andrew has a B.A. in Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
